Drill Pipe Inspection Specialists

All inspections — both on-site and in-house — are performed by ANST Level II-certified personnel to meet DS-1 specifications. In addition, certified Level III instructors provide training and support to field inspectors.

Available drill pipe inspection services include electromagnetic inspection (EMI) with continuous wall-loss measurement; wet and dry magnetic particle inspection; hardness and pressure testing; and A-SCAN full-body inspection. Inspectors also can provide refacing; straightening; and ID and OD cleaning services.
