Down Hole Wash Tool

DSSI has created an innovative tool to efficiently clean borehole equipment. This patented tool can be used to clean the sub-sea marine riser, blowout preventer (BOP), sub-sea wellhead, wear bushing, nominal bore protector and casing hanger profile.

This uniquely designed tool provides many advantages over traditional straight-blade wash tools. Its solid construction utilizes its spiral blades to minimize missed areas and improve cleaning speed. The tapered blade places the wash nozzle opposite the retrieving profile of the (FMC) bore protector. There are nine jets located in the blades, all of which are interchangeable to maximize hydraulics. Lastly, the integral blade Down Hole Wash Tool is designed to provide 360-degree wash area coverage without having to rotate the pipe and handle high flow rates.
